This is a collection of entries that I made while undergoing hyberbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) in September of 2007. The index, which is over here ———->
has the entries as I put them into this blog. The pages listed here are in proper sequence, rather than the reverse sequence that usually occurs in the blog.

A Day Off

If you are contemplating HBOT I will tell you that I am a huge fan of the protocal. I will admit that the very first time I went into the chamber, my claustrophobia did give me some anxiety. The crew at my clinic was very supportive and understanding. With their efforts, I was able to start the therapy with no problems.

You need to know that compressed air is, by its nature, very warm. It’s basic physics. Dress comfortably and be sure to bring a long a book to read! Of course, you’ll learn about all of this as you read the pages listed above.

Good luck with your HBOT!
